Our Story
For our family, stewardship is a biblical principle. It guides how we care for our cattle, manage the land, and provide food for other families. We believe good beef begins long before it reaches the table—with healthy cattle, thoughtful breeding, good grass, responsible management, and respect for the animal from beginning to end.
Our mission is to connect pasture to plate as directly and honestly as possible, minimizing unnecessary distance between the ranch and your family’s table. This allows us to produce nourishing beef while giving customers confidence in where their food comes from and knowledge of the hands that raised it.
In an increasingly distant food system, knowing your producer matters. When you purchase from Texas Heritage Meats, you know the family, values, and cattle behind your beef.
Building Something of Our Own
Today, our operation is built entirely on leased land. We are grateful for the opportunity to grow our herd and build Texas Heritage Meats, but our long-term goal is to purchase a ranch of our own. Every family who chooses our beef becomes part of that journey.
Your support helps us strengthen our operation and move closer to a place where the TH brand can once again hang on land our family calls its own. Most importantly, we hope to build something our children can inherit, improve, and pass on.
Ranching is more than our livelihood; it is the life we are building together. Our children are growing up alongside the cattle, horses, pastures, and people who make this way of life possible.
